CAN MERCHANDISE BE RETURNED?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 10 days for a refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. There will also be a 15% restocking fee.
*IMPORTANT Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. No custom orders will be returned.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?
Depending on product availability, orders will be sent from our store or directly from the manufacturer.
CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
Express Air orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box address. All regular ground orders can be sent to a P.O. Box address. Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box can take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.
