Will Tax be charged on my order?
No Taxes will be added unless you are in Utah. Sales tax for Utah is 6.75%

All Prices are in United States Dollars.

What credit cards do you accept?
We are happy to accept MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Visa. All Credit Card information is processed through our secure server. If you would like to make a payment through check please email or call us first and place the order over the phone. Then send payment though mail. We will send order as soon as payment has cleared.
Can merchandise be returned?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days for a refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. There will also be a 15% restocking fee.
*IMPORTANT Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. No custom orders will be returned.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Depending on product availability, orders will be sent from our store or directly from the manufacturer. If you order multiple items they may all be shipped separately.
Can I you to a P.O. Box?
Express Air orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box address. All regular ground orders can be sent to a P.O. Box address. Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box can take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.
