US SHIPPING:

Ground Shipping-
Free Shipping to US, except to Alaska and Hawaii. We use UPS, USPS and FedEx for shipping. It will depend on your location and what you order on what method we will use. 

3 Day Shipping-
We offer express shipping with UPS and USPS 3 day shipping for $30.00. Most orders have processing time so it can take 3-5 business days if you choose this option. Please make sure you have enough time for this we are not liable if it arrives after your wedding date.  

Next Day Air- Call if you need next day air the cost is determined by the location you are at. This is excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Territories.
We can only ship next day on Tiaras and Veils (Also depends if the item is in stock)

Canada:
$18.00 shipped with USPS only ground shipping available at this time

Alaska and Hawaii:
Ground shipping only, $20.00 

Other Counties:
$45.00 for orders outside US or Canada. 

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Delivery of your items depends on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Business days are Monday-Thursday, excluding federal holidays. We are not liable for your order to come before your wedding. Please make sure you order with plenty of time or choose rush shipping. 

To United States:
6-12 Business days

To Alaska, Hawaii, and Pueto Rico:
6-12 Business days

To Canada: 
6-12 Business days 

To International: 
2-3 weeks Shipped by courier via express

All orders sent outside Canada & the United States
including American Samoa, Baker Island, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Northern Mariana Islands, Palmyra Atoll, Virgin Islands, Wake Island.

Where will my order be shipped from?
Depending on product availability, orders will be sent from our store or directly from the manufacturer.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
All regular ground orders can be sent to a P.O. Box address. Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box can take an additional 2-3 business day to arrive.

Can Merchandise be returned? 
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact email us at support@lovethebride.com within 10 days for a refund. We also do not accept returns after the wear or wedding date.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL you must email us. The Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. There will also be a 15% restocking fee. No custom orders will be returned.
 

What should I do if I am having difficulty with the website?
We take pride in the performance of our website but sometimes we hear from people who have had problems getting through.
In our experience, performance problems on the Internet can occur for a variety of different reasons, including the time of day, congestion on the Internet itself, problems at an individual Internet Service Provider, or problems at a website. It's always possible that you tried us at a time when we were very busy.
